SRA SOAR First-year Program Application [2022 - 2023]

The SRA SOAR First-year Program engages college first-years to increase college persistence rates, graduation rates, and the obtainment of career-ladder jobs.
Applications for the Sophomore, Junior, and Senior SOAR Programs will be available in summer 2022.

Students in the SRA SOAR Program are matched with a virtual SRA advisor and placed in a small cohort of fellow first-years. Throughout the 11-month program from July 2022 - May 2023, students will participate in one or two virtual hangouts per month, which will guide students through topics like financial aid renewal, summer internship and job search, overcoming imposter syndrome, interviewing basics, and more!

This program requires a time commitment of ~1.5-3 hours per month from July 2022 - May 2023.
Dates and times of monthly virtual hangouts are to be determined. Applicants will submit availability after acceptance into the program.
